Rules for Play Area

It is the responsibility of the person/s or organization hiring Lottie's Playpen to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the soft play equipment.

Please ensure the following safety instructions are followed:

1) Children in play area must be 5 years old and under.

2) No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the soft play area. This will avoid any accidental risks and keep the equipment clean. (Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge)

3) All shoes/flip flops MUST be removed before entering the soft play area. Socks must be worn at all times.

4) Absolutely NO face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or SILLY STRING are to be used either on or near the soft play area. (Please note these products will cause damage to the equipment that cannot be repaired)

5) Lottie's Playpen is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (included but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is lessee’s responsibility to tell Lottie's Playpen where equipment is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior to setup.

6) Long hair must be contained at all times.

7) Enter and exit equipment through the intended entrance and exits.

8) Climbing, hanging or sitting on safety gates is dangerous and must not be allowed.

9) A responsible Adult must supervise the children and soft play equipment at all times.

10) Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to casue or cause distress to others.

11) No pets, toys (other than soft balls) or sharp instruments in the soft play area at any time.

How do I book?

Call us at (678-698-7893), email us at lottiescreations.com or via our Request Booking. Parties can be between 8:00am-6:00pm. When requesting your booking just book whichever time is available and note the parties start time. **Your rental time will start at the time of the party and not the time of the appointment.*** All request must be reviewed and approved before your event rental is confirmed.
Deposit & Reservations

To secure your event date, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be deducted from the total. Remaining balance will be due two (2) weeks prior to your event. Waiver must be signed prior to set up. Failure to pay balance or execute the contract will result in cancellation of the event and forfeiture of deposit. If booking is less than two (2) weeks prior to the party date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to call us as soon as possible at (678) 698-7893. There will be no refunds of any money collected if cancellation is less than seven (7) days prior to the event.
Weather Conditions

Lottie's Playpen will not set up in rainy or excessive weather conditions. Please have an alternative space indoors if there is a chance of rain during your event. There will be no refunds due to weather. For the safety of the children, any outdoor event that is held in 80 degrees or warmer MUST require a tent. You can use your own or rent one from our vendor. *Once Lottie's Playpen is set up and your event time has started NO refunds WILL be issued*
Setup & Breakdown

Set up & Breakdown are included in your package price. The renter is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment, and must be present at the time of delivery. Delivery 20 miles outside of Lottie's Playpen area are subject to a delivery fee. If your event is outdoors the area must be flat and free of excess debris. We will not setup on areas unsafe for play.
Equipment Care

Lottie's Playpen cleans and disinfects all equipment before and after each event. To reduce the number of germs we ask that you immediately disinfect any equipment that has become soiled of any kind and throughout your event.
